Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 7 days if the service failed to deliver: a scan failed and we could not resolve it, or you could not access what you paid for.

Outcomes like “AI didn't recommend me” (see Terms — we do not control AI systems). Change of mind after you have reasonably consumed the unlocked fixes.

Email support@vizforai.com with your payment email and Razorpay payment ID. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

Payments are currently one-time ~31-day access. Nothing auto-renews today, so there is nothing to cancel.
